Its a very sad news indeed and sorry I just got to know it very late. I recall Dr Janet as a researcher of similar interest in the field of Abrasive Waterjet Machining. I met her at the Waterjetting Conference at Nottingham in 2009 and often referred to her journal articles. Alas we lost her so early! May her soul rest in peace!
